Digital Telecom provides sales, bill payment, customer service and general enquiry services on behalf of SUN Mobile.
By autopay
Registration: visit our webpage and fill out the Autopay Via Credit Card – Direct Debit Authorizationform. Upload the form to our website or Email the completed form to us or submit it in person at one of our shop. For enquiries, please call our 24-hour customer service hotline at 7777 1010.
Tap&Go Bill Payment
Pay Bill via your Tap&Go mobile wallet Details click here.

By cheque
1. Mail a crossed cheque to “19/F, YHC TOWER, NO. 1 SHEUNG YUET ROAD, KOWLOON BAY”
2. The cheque is payable to “Telecom Digital”
3. Write your account no. on the back of the cheque and send it 3 working days before the payment due date
4. Do not send a post-dated cheque or cash
