Registration
^One entitlement is deducted for a minute China voice call. The calculation of the airtime is round to the latest minute.

The activation of the related services in China is subject to the final decision of the services providers.
  • China Number Premium Service” (“this Service”) Terms & Conditions
    1) This Service is only applicable to designated SUN Mobile service plans which support the data service. You are required to subscribe to this Service for a Commitment Period of 12 months or 24 months. After the Commitment Period, the monthly fee for this Service is $18 or at the prevailing rates.If this Service is terminated for whatever reason before the expiry of the Commitment Period, SUN Mobile would charge you the early termination charges which are the sum of the monthly fee of the Service for the remaining period, and all the rebate offer, unused offers and usage and prepayment amount will be forfeited immediately.
    2) You are required to complete registration for this service via the SUN Mobile mobile app (“Mobile App”).
    3) When you subscribe to this Service, you will be randomly allocated a China mobile number (“PRC Mobile Number”) with which to receive or send SMS, and receive and make outgoing voice calls via the SUN Mobile mobile app. This PRC Mobile Number cannot be ported-out to another mobile operator.
    4) You are required to subscribe to this Service by paying the relevant charge over a designated commitment period. If you choose to terminate this Service before expiry of the commitment period, you will be required to pay an early termination charge equivalent to the sum of the monthly fees for this Service multiplied by the remaining months of your commitment period immediately.
    5) This Service can be used only via your Mobile App.
    6) Maximum SMS storage for this Service on the Mobile App is 200. You are responsible for deleting and backing-up your SMS. We are not liable for any loss or irretrievable SMS.
    7) When this Service is terminated, the PRC Mobile Number assigned will be deemed to be surrendered by you with immediate effect. Moreover, you will not be able to view or retrieve any SMS from the Mobile App.
    8) Customers can receive Short Message Service (“SMS”) and send SMS to applicable service providers in mainland China and mobile numbers provided by mobile service providers in mainland China via the PRC Mobile Number on the Mobile App. Applicable service providers in mainland China may be subject to change periodically. Customers will be able to receive and make outgoing voice calls using the PRC Mobile Number on the Mobile App. Generally, customers may send SMS via the PRC Mobile Number every month. The service portfolio contains specified usage entitlement, which will be reset on the first day of each month of this Service.
    9) The usage entitlement of this Service is valid until the last day of the current calendar month from the date of this Service subscription. Once the monthly entitlement is reached, you may no longer send SMS via the PRC Mobile Number for the remainder of that month unless you have subscribed to a Top-up Plan. Once inbox capacity is reached, you may no longer send SMS via the PRC Mobile Number.
    10) Each call's duration is rounded up to a full charge unit for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
    11) This Service contains a specified SMS send-out entitlement of 30, plus voice call minutes or minutes for receiving voice calls. Usage valid until the last day of the current calendar month. The monthly entitlement will be reset on the first date of each calendar month. Any remaining usage will be forfeited immediately without any form of return or refund.
    12) Customers with monthly entitlement and Top-up Plan entitlement, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority to be deducted.
    13) This service can only be used in mainland China and Hong Kong.
    14) Customers must log into the Mobile App and make sure to turn on “Notifications” in “Settings”.
    15) Customers can only use mobile data or wireless Internet access to send and receive SMS via the Mobile App to mainland China service providers and mainland China mobile phone numbers. Applicable mainland China service providers may change periodically. Customers can make or receive calls to domestic numbers through the Mobile App.
    16) Save and except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the company shall not be liable for any cost, claim, expense, damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered, sustained or incurred by the customer or any person arising from, or out of, or relating to provision of the services, value-added services and/or service features offered under the services including without limitation (i) Any interruption or failure of the services, the value-added services and/or the service features, or (ii) Any failure, delay or mistake in establishing communication between the customer and any other person, or (iii) Any failure or delay while the customer is communicating any message when using the services; or (iv) Any failure or delay in activating or deactivating the services, or (v) Any unauthorized use of the customer's communication equipment.
    17) We reserve the right of final and binding determination in the event of dispute in relation to this Service.
    18) We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions periodically.
    19) Terms & Conditions of Top-up Plan
    • a.The Top-up Plan is applicable to selected Service Plan(s) only.
    • b.The fee of the Top-up Plan is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
    • c.Validity day for the entitlements of Top-up Plan is 30 days. Any remaining usage will be forfeited immediately without any form of return or refund.
    • d.This Service will stop when you use up the monthly entitlement and top-up entitlements. This Service will be resumed on the first date of each month or when you subscribe to a Top-up Plan.
    • e.If you terminate this Service, this Top-up Plan will be terminated as well, any remaining usage will be forfeited immediately without any form of return or refund.
    • f.We reserve the right to terminate or change this Top-up Plan or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
    20) In the event of inconsistencies between this Service Terms & Conditions and Mobile Service Agreement, this Service Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

    The above named Services carry a China mobile number provided by Zhejiang Lianlian Technology Company Limited (“Lianlian”). Lianlian is required under the regulation of People’s Republic of China to collect identity information from users of China mobile numbers. Thus, in order to receive a China mobile number, you are required to register your identity for the below China mobile number.

    To facilitate the purposes set out above and other purposes incidental thereto, we, Sun Mobile Limited, may collect, retain, transfer, disclose, grant access to, or otherwise share your personal data provided in this Form with the following parties (whether within or outside Hong Kong): (a) Zhejiang Lianlian Technology Company Limited [Registered Address: Room 320, Block 3, 1197 Binan Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China], its associated companies, affiliates, companies controlled by, or under common control with Zhejiang Lianlian Technology Company Limited or its China number suppliers and contractors (if applicable); and (b) The Mainland Chinese Government or authorized agencies.

    Hong Kong Identity Card: Same as the identification document number that the applicant has already submitted to Sun Mobile Limited when application for local mobile services subscription

    Address: Same as the address that the applicant has already submitted to Sun Mobile Limited when application for local mobile services subscription

    Applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card image: Applicant has already submitted to Sun Mobile Limited when application for local mobile services subscription, or to be submitted at this application
