- China & Macau Data Roaming Service (“This Service”) Terms and Conditions
| 1. | The Service is available to designated SUN Mobile data service plan subscriptions. Subscribe to this Service represents that the customer has agreed to activated the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service. If you terminate this service, the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service will be terminated as well. | | 2. | Customers who subscribe to this Service and purchase any data roaming day pass package, data roaming day pass and Call Macau Home Pass, which are applicable to mainland China & Macau, the data roaming day pass or data roaming day pass package is not applicable to Mainland China & Macau. | | 3. | The Service is not applicable to the service plans which do not support the data roaming service. | | 4. | Required subscribe to designated service plan and subscribe a minimum commitment period of 12months (“Commitment Period”). | | 5. | The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China & Macau only. | | 6. | This Service included usage deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China & Macau. Customer may top-up for continued use of data roaming service in Mainland China & Macau. | | 7. | Any unused usage and top-up usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month. | | 8. | The Service will stop when you use up the China & Macau Data Roaming usage and top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you top-up. |
| 9. | Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services. |
| 10. | Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and SUN Mobile Limited (“SUN”) shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture. |
