  A1: Customers on designated data service plans can add this service instantly via the SUN Mobile App, our official website, the customer service hotline, or by visiting any of our retail stores. Once the application is confirmed, the service takes effect immediately, allowing you to depart for Mainland China or Macau at any time.
- Q2: Will adding the China & Macau Data Roaming service deduct from my original Hong Kong local data allowance?
  A2: No. Hong Kong local data and China & Macau roaming data are calculated independently. When you are in Mainland China or Macau, the system will deduct data from this roaming service, which does not affect the data allowance within your Hong Kong local monthly plan.
- Q3: If I have already purchased a “Pre-purchase Data Roaming Day Pass Package”will it conflict with this service?
  A3: If you have registered for this China & Macau Data Roaming service, the system will prioritize deducting data from this service while you are in Mainland China or Macau. If you have purchases any “Pre-purchase Data Roaming Day Pass Package” applicable to Mainland China or Macau, those Day Passes packages will not apply to usage in Mainland China or Macau while this service is active.
- Q4: Is there a contract period for this roaming service? Can it be canceled at any time?
  A4: This service requires a commitment period (contract period) of 12 or 24 months. If the service is terminated prematurely within the commitment period, the customer is required to pay the service fees for the remaining months.
- Q5: What happens if I use up my 1GB China & Macau data roaming allowance? Will there be extra charges?
  A5:Once you have exhausted your China & Macau roaming data for the month, you can top up your data via the SUN Mobile App at any time to continue using the service. Otherwise, your data roaming service will be suspended and will reset on the next billing date.
- Q6: Do I need to manually change my phone settings to use data roaming after arriving in China or Macau?
  A6: For most smartphones, simply turning on "Data Roaming" will allow you to automatically connect to the local network. If you cannot access the internet, please manually select a local network provider. For detailed instructions, please refer to: Roaming Settings Guide.
- Q7: Which cities in China are covered by this China & Macau Data Roaming service?
  A7: This service provides coverage in Mainland China and Macau.
- Q8: Can unused China & Macau data roaming allowance be carried over to the next month?
  A8:No. The monthly roaming data allowance is limited to use within that billing month. Any unused data balance will be canceled on the cut-off date and will not accumulate to the next billing month.
- Q9: How can I check my remaining China & Macau data roaming usage?
  A9: You can log in to the SUN Mobile App or your "Online Account" at any time to check your data usage. The system will also send you an SMS reminder when your data usage is nearly exhausted.
- Q10: Do I need to change my SIM card to use the China & Macau Data Roaming service?
  A10: No. Existing customers only need to add the service directly. There is no need to change the SIM card to use the network across Mainland China, Macau, and Hong Kong.
- Q11: Can I use the 5G network in Mainland China and Macau?
  A11: As long asyou are using 5G Data Service Plan, your phone supports 5G and you are within the local 5G network coverage area, you can enjoy a high-speed 5G roaming experience. If 5G is unavailable locally, the system will automatically switch to the 4G network.
- Q12: Does applying for this service provide a Mainland China phone number?
  A12: This is a "Data Roaming Service" and does not include a Mainland China mobile number. If you need a Mainland number to bind bank accounts or apps, please apply for our "China Number Premium Service" separately.
- Q13: Do I need to perform real name registration to use data roaming in Mainland China?
  A13: Currently, all Hong Kong SIM cards must complete Hong Kong Real-name Registration before use. Using this China & Macau Data Roaming service does not require additional real-name registration in Mainland China.
- Q14: How are incoming calls charged in Mainland China?
  A14: This China & Macau Data Roaming service primarily provides data usage. Receiving or making calls in Mainland China or Macau will be charged according to standard roaming call rates. If you need to make or receive calls in Mainland China, please apply for our "China Number Premium Service" separately.

For Non-SUN Mobile Customers
- Q1: I am not a SUN Mobile user. Can I apply for this China & Macau Data Roaming service?
  A1: If you are not yet a SUN Mobile customer, we specifically recommend choosing our "China, Macau & HK Monthly Plan." - Q2: What limited-time offers are available for new customers or Mobile Number Portability (MNP) customers?
  A2: New customers can visit SUN Mobile "China, Macau &HK Monthly Plan" Page to learn about our latest "China, Macau & HK Monthly Plans" or visit a retail store to consult on the service plan that best suits your needs.
- Q3: What documents are required to apply for a new plan?
  A3: Please bring your Hong Kong Identity Card and a valid proof of address issued within the last three months (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill).
- Q4: How soon can I start using China and Macau data roaming after signing the contract?
  A4: The service usually takes effect after a successful subscription and SIM card activation. For number porting (MNP), the service will be available on the day the number is successfully transferred to SUN Mobile.

China & Macau Data Roaming Service (“This Service”) Terms and Conditions

1.	The Service is available to designated SUN Mobile data service plan subscriptions. Subscribe to this Service represents that the customer has agreed to activated the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service. If you terminate this service, the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service will be terminated as well.
2.	Customers who subscribe to this Service and purchase any data roaming day pass package and data roaming day pass, which are applicable to mainland China & Macau, the data roaming day pass or data roaming day pass package is not applicable to Mainland China & Macau.
3.	The Service is not applicable to the service plans which do not support the data roaming service.
4.	Required subscribe to designated service plan and subscribe a commitment period of 12months or 24months (“Commitment Period”).
5.	The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China & Macau only.
6.	This Service included usage deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China & Macau. Customer may top-up for continued use of data roaming service in Mainland China & Macau.
7.	Any unused usage and top-up usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
8.	The Service will stop when you use up the China & Macau Data Roaming usage and top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you top-up.
9.	Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
10.	Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and SUN Mobile Limited (“SUN”) shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.
