Restart your phone.
-
Go to your phone's settings and try manually selecting a network.
-
Q7: When roaming abroad, I cannot use mobile data to access the internet. Do I need to set up APN?
A7: Generally, you do not need to manually set up APN (Access Point Name). If you cannot connect to mobile data, please check if the "Data Roaming" feature is enabled in your phone settings. Only in very rare cases would you need to manually set the APN to "mobile".
-
Charges and Fee Calculation
-
Q8: Will answering incoming calls while roaming abroad incur additional charges?
A8: Yes, it will. According to the mechanism of international roaming services, while you are roaming abroad, both making outgoing calls and answering incoming calls will be charged at standard roaming call rates.
-
Q9: If I directly reject an incoming call (press the reject button) while roaming, will I be charged?
A9: Yes, this action will incur charges. While roaming abroad, when you press the reject button on your phone, the call may be forwarded to your voicemail or another number. This action is considered as a connection and will therefore incur a forwarding charge. It is recommended that if you do not wish to answer, let the phone ring until it hangs up automatically.
