When traveling or on business trips abroad, maintaining internet connectivity is crucial. Follow a few simple steps to easily set up your mobile data roaming, ensuring you stay connected wherever you are overseas.
iOS (iPhone) Mobile Data Roaming Setup Tutorial
Can't access the internet after arriving at your destination? Don't worry, it's often just a phone setting issue. Please check your settings following these simple steps based on your phone model.

    Turn On Mobile Data and Data Roaming Single SIM or eSIM Device:
    1. Go to "Settings" > "Mobile Data" > "Mobile Data Options"
    2. Ensure "Data Roaming" is turned ON (displayed as bright green).
    Dual SIM or Dual eSIM Device:
    1. Go to "Settings" > "Mobile Data"
    2. Select the SUN Mobile SIM card > "Mobile Data Options"
    3. Ensure "Data Roaming" is turned ON (displayed as bright green).

    Manually Select Network
    1. Go back to "Mobile Network" > "Network Selection" > Confirm "Automatic" is turned OFF.
    2. Manually select the local partner carrier.

    APN Settings (Usually no need for manual setup)
    • Go to "Mobile Network" > "Mobile Data Network".
    • Under "Mobile Data", enter the APN: SUNMobile

Since the operation interfaces of different Android phone brands may vary slightly, the following steps provide the most common setup process.

    Enable Data Roaming
    1. Access Network Settings:
      • Open "Settings" > "Connections" > "Mobile Networks"
    2. Turn on related functions:
      • Enable "Mobile Data"
      • Enable "Data Roaming"

    Dual SIM Users, Check SIM Card Settings
    1. On the "Mobile Networks" page, check and ensure the "Default Data SIM" is set to the SUN Mobile SIM card.

    Manually Select Network (Use when connection fails) If the connection is unstable or you cannot find a signal, manually select the local partner carrier:
    • On the "Mobile Networks" page, turn OFF "Automatically select network".
    • After the phone finishes searching, manually select the network with the strongest signal or the one partnered with your service provider from the list.

    APN Settings (Usually no need for manual setup) If you still cannot access the internet after completing the above steps, check the Access Point Name (APN):
    • On the "Mobile Networks" page, tap "Access Point Names (APN)".
    • In both the "Name" and "APN" fields, enter: SUNMobile
    • Save and select this APN.
