    “Easy Payment Plan for Apple Watch”, the act of returning a product must comply with the below Terms & Conditions. Cardholder shall have the Product Return Option provided by the Merchant to return the Product within 20 days after the 24th monthly (which the date state as above) under the Plan to receive the Buy-Back Value, subject to the conditions hereunder from the Merchant and “Telecom Digital iPhone for Life Trade-in Service” as below.

    1. Upon successful assessment by the Merchant of the returned Product at the Merchant’s retail store, and based on the herein, and subject to Cardholder’s full compliance of the HSBC bank “Easy Payment Plan for Apple Watch” Terms & Conditions, these Merchant Product Return Terms and Conditions “ Telecom Digital “Easy Payment Plan for Apple Watch” Trade-in Service ” and the terms and conditions governing the Plan, Buy-Back Value this product will be used to offset the remaining installment.
    2. The returned Product shall be subject to functional diagnostics and physical assessment during Product return based on the Device Acceptance Criteria herein.

    4. The Product registered for “Easy Payment Plan for Apple Watch” program must be returned in good condition and functioning properly. Trade-in prices may vary depending on the extent of damage to the returned Product.
    5. The Product Return Option is non-transferrable and shall only be exercised by the Cardholder who signed up for “Easy Payment Plan for Apple Watch” and purchased the Product from the Merchant with the Eligible Card.
    6. In the event where the original Product is swapped by Apple Authorized Repair Centre (e.g. warranty claim) or Restart Service, document prove showing the swap shall be provided to the Merchant for exercising the Product Return Option.
    7. The charger and accessories are not required upon returning of the Product.
    8. Cardholder shall ensure that all personal data is transferred out prior to exercising the product return option. These shall be deemed lost and cannot be recovered once the Product is returned and the Merchant shall not be held liable for erasure of any personal data remained in the returned Product.
    9. The title and ownership of the Product shall be transferred to the Merchant once the Product returned to the Merchant.
    10. This Trade-in Service is valid from 16 December 2022 until further notice on our official website.

    • The act of returning a product must comply with the below Terms & Conditions
    • a. Your trade-in device must be a designated Apple Watch device purchased from Telecom Digital shop (except online store) by you under the designated bank Credit Card Installment Plan for “Easy Payment Plan for Apple Watch” within the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Device”);
    • b. Eligible Device must meet all and the Device Acceptance Criteria and any other criteria as determined by us from time to time in its sole discretion. For details, please click here.
    • c. You must fully comply with Merchant Product Return Terms and Conditions and these terms and conditions.
    • d. You must return the Eligible Device to designated Telecom Digital shop within 20 days after the 24th month; refer the date state as above.
    • e. Trade in Machine must not be altered in any way.
    12. Your Eligible Device meets all the requirements set out above cause 2 as determined by us at our absolute discretion; we will provide you a trade-in price up to 20% of the handset price plus prepayment of your Eligible Device prevailing at time of your purchase.The actual trade-in price will depend on the condition of your Eligible Device as determined by us in our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to provide this Trade-in Service to you if the devices that do not comply with.
    13. Before you return your Eligible Device, you are responsible to ensure all data of your Eligible Device have been permanently erased. We will not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transference of personal data from Eligible Device being traded in.
    14. Once your Eligible Device is traded in, it cannot be reclaimed.
    15. The Installment Plan is provided to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”). We are not the supplier of the Installment Plan, and make no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Installment Plan and any other goods and services provided by bank.
